Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 990 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use the 990 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 990 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the Terms signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The 990 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 990 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.

2

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 990 platform only. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 990 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

You must notify the 990 support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Two-factor authentication is available in your account settings and is strongly recommended for added security.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 990 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Accepted Payment Methods

990 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and internet banking transfers through major Malaysian banks. All methods are processed in RM with no foreign currency conversion involved.

Withdrawal Processing

Winning withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe based on your chosen method. 990 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure to protect users from unauthorised access.

Refund Policy

Deposits credited to your gaming account are non-refundable unless a proven technical error on 990's part has occurred. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
